Dahi kebab

Ingredients:

Brown bread – 8 piece
Curd (hang, without water)-1 bowel
Black pepper powder-1/2 spoon
Salt-1/2 spoon (according to taste)
Corn flour-5 to 6 spoon
Oil
Water

Chopped ingredients:

Green chilly -1 spoon
Coriander leaves-1 spoon
Spinach- 1 spoon

Method :

Cut all bread in round shape.
Mix all chopped ingredients , salt and pepper into curd.
Put a spoon of curd mixture in the middle of bread and spread it within a diameter of 2 inches. Cover with another piece of bread and seal of its edges with corn flour paste and slightly press it.
Mix corn flour into a cup of water.
Dip the bread in corn flour paste and shallow fry on nonstick pan till brown.

This is a healthy recipe full of vitamins and protein for all age groups.
